Flame's 300ZX Blog type thing

2008-12-04: I finally got around to actually measuring the usable area of my center console and have now discovered that it is not wide enough to fit the screen from a 9 inch netbook. I've been scouring the internet for a suitable device, I'd love to put in a DashDAQ but the screen on it is only 4 inches so I would probably mount it somewhere other than the center console. Looks like a 7 inch eeePC may end up being the only suitable donor device for mounting a touch screen user interface in the center console.
